A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.

The documents included herein are produced and owned by Data Point Systems, LLC, d.b.a. 1-2-Law, and the same are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. 1-2-Law retains all rights and interests in this intellectual property. 1-2-Law grants the purchaser and/or user a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive right and license to use any document purchased (and fully paid for) by purchaser and/or user from the 12Law.com web site. However, the purchaser and/or user may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, sell, transfer, or distribute in any way any software or document(s) that the purchaser and/or user may have produced or purchased from 1-2-Law. The purchaser and/or user may download and use the purchased documents so long as that use is for non-commercial purposes, and provided that the purchaser and/or user keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices.


TERMS OF SERVICE:
Because of the type and nature of the software products offered, 1-2-Law reserves the right to refuse to sell product or provide service to anyone, at its own discretion.

A Legal Document package purchased through 12Law.com provides unlimited access to document data-entry forms for one person, home/property address, or organization that can be used per the terms outlined here. If there is no online activity (e.g. logging into the 12Law.com website) for an account for a period of two years, then that account will be considered inactive and may be subject to automatic deletion without notice.

1-2-Law has indicated on the 12Law.com web site that access to document data entry will be available “for life” (or words of similar import). Such reference shall be defined to mean, and customer agrees and understands the same to mean, that 1-2-Law will allow unlimited access to document data-entry forms to such person for so long as 1-2-Law maintains the 12Law.com website. Should 1-2-Law terminate the 12Law.com website for any reason, 1-2-Law shall not be obligated to deliver or migrate any customer data to the customer or to a third party provider and customer shall have no right to claim compensatory or other damages as a result of the loss of access of such data.


DELIVERY OF PURCHASE:
The document data-entry wizards and other online services offered by 1-2-Law are very simple to access and use. In all instances, thorough instructions are provided explaining how to prepare, view and print the offered legal documents and services. Thus, the legal document package is offered to the purchaser and/or user with the joint understanding that the purchaser and/or user possess basic knowledge of computer systems and internet browser use. No returns will be accepted or refunds issued to any purchaser and/or user due to the inability of the purchaser and/or user to understand and utilize the website or the process required to prepare legal documents.


PRICES, CHARGES, AND PAYMENTS:
All prices are in U.S. Dollars. All credit card charges must be paid in U.S. dollars. 1-2-Law reserves the right to change the prices of products or services sold on this web site at any time.

New customers are offered free trial memberships, which may be subject to additional terms and conditions. After providing a valid credit card for authentication, the customer may create, download, and print an unlimited number of free legal documents during the Free Trial Period. At the end of the free trial period, the customer will be automatically enrolled in a legal plan membership and 1-2-Law will charge the customer's credit card for the membership fee amount, as applicable per the customer's original purchase. Since the free trial membership period gives the customer an unlimited number of legal documents which are 100% usable and valid without any restrictions, upon expiration of the free trial membership the customer agrees to pay the subscription fees associated with that membership, including recurring payments where applicable. The legal plan membership may automatically renew per the original purchase terms. The customer may at any time cancel their membership either online at www.12Law.com or by contacting customer service and requesting cancellation. Otherwise, on or after the renewal date of the auto-renewing paid legal plan membership, the appropriate membership fee will be charged to the customer's credit card for the upcoming renewal period. Because the 7-day free trial membership period gives the customer an unlimited number of legal documents which are 100% usable and valid without any restrictions and is available after starting or even re-starting a membership, 12Law.com does not give credits, refunds, or prorated services after the customer cancels their membership. That is, all membership fee payments are final, and there are no refunds or credits for cancelled memberships. IF A 1-2-LAW CUSTOMER HAS AN ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP OR IS IN A FREE TRIAL PERIOD, THEIR CREDIT CARD MAY BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED THE MEMBERSHIP FEE ON THE APPROPRIATE RENEWAL DATE UNLESS THE CUSTOMER CANCELS THEIR MEMBERSHIP ONLINE OR CONTACTS CUSTOMER SERVICE BEFORE THE RENEWAL DATE.


GUARANTEE OF LEGAL FORM FORMATTING, CONTENT AND USABILITY
If any 1-2-Law document or form purchased by the purchaser is not accepted by the appropriate court, agency, governmental entity, etc. due to improper information contained in or on the document or form, or required information is absent from such document or form, or such document or form has been improperly or inappropriately formatted, and assuming that the purchaser and/or use has not modified, added, deleted or changed any of the standardized portions of the document or form or reformatted the same in any way and provided further that the purchaser provides 1-2-Law with receipt of verification of the rejection of the document or form, then 1-2-Law will make any changes requested by the court, agency, governmental entity, etc., without charge to the customer. 1-2-Law will make such changes to the document or form within twenty-four (24) hours after receipt of such issue (excluding weekends and holidays) with that document or form.

If such changes cannot be completed within said twenty-four (24) hour period (excluding weekends and holidays), or if during such period 1-2-Law does not provide a revised and corrected form or document to the customer that is suitable for acceptance for filing by the appropriate court, agency, entity, etc., then a refund will be issued to the customer for the full purchase price of the software or a one month's membership fee, as paid by the customer. Such refund will be purchaser and/or user’s sole and exclusive remedy.

Verification of denial or rejection of any 1-2-Law document form by any court, agency, governmental entity, etc. may be required by 1-2-Law prior to taking any action, and the customer must provide such verification prior to the start of the twenty-four (24) hour period described above. 1-2-Law may, in its sole discretion, waive the customer requirement to provide verification of the denial or rejection of the document or form.

This guarantee is limited to issues or problems with the document or form purchased from 1-2-Law via 12Law.com. This guarantee does is NOT applicable to, nor will any refund be paid, for any rejection or denial of any filing resulting (either directly or indirectly) from any information or data supplied by the purchaser and/or user (or any other source) on or in the 1-2-Law document or form that is submitted for filing. 1-2-Law is not and cannot be responsible for the information provided on the document or form by the customer, and the guarantee shall not require 1-2-Law to make any adjustments, corrections, suggestions or submissions of any kind for or on behalf of the customer as the same pertains to the document or form prepared and submitted for filing.

Further, the customer is solely and exclusively responsible for any fees, charges or costs of filing the document and complying with any local filing requirements or standards; this guarantee does not cover rejection or denial of filing for any of these reasons. In addition, courts, commissions, agencies, etc. may have local or jurisdictional forms or documents that they may require to be prepared and filed along with the 1-2-Law documents (for example, but not limited to, cover sheets, instructional sheets, payment information forms, biographical information documents, etc.). It is the responsibility of the purchaser and/or user to determine what local or jurisdictional forms may be required to be filed or submitted with the 1-2-Law form or document and to properly, fully and correctly prepare and submit those forms or documents.

No other guarantees or warranties are issued by 1-2-Law with regard to the forms or documents provided or offered for sale on 12Law.com. This guarantee automatically terminates and is of no force and effect should the customer in any way alter, modify, amend, add to, delete information in or in any other way revise any part or portion of any form or document prior to submitting the same for filing with any court, agency, governmental entity, etc. Further, this guarantee is effective for a period of ninety (90) days following the purchase of a 12Law.com Legal Document Package by the customer.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY:
The 12Law.com data-entry wizards are very simple to access and use. In all instances, thorough instructions are provided covering the access and use processes. All software is sold with the joint understanding that the purchaser and/or user possesses a basic knowledge of computer systems and web browser functionality, and can follow simple webpage use instructions. No returns will be accepted due to the inability of the purchaser and/or user to understand and utilize the website because of a lack of knowledge of these basic computer functions.

Because the products sold by 12Law.com are software based, and because this software is provided to the purchaser and/or user with unrestricted access immediately upon completion of the transaction, no returns can or will be accepted and no refunds will be granted except in the circumstance described above of legal content not being accepted by the appropriate court, agency, governmental entity, etc. and 1-2-Law's failure to make the necessary changes within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) of notification from the user. The purchaser of any software/product from 12Law.com understands and agrees that all software/product purchases and/or downloads are considered final purchases for which absolutely no refunds will be given or provided except in the sole circumstances described above, regardless of the nature of the request.


INTERNATIONAL DUTIES/TAXES:
While the online shopping systems are set up so as to only accept orders from USA residents, 1-2-Law is not responsible for any duties or value-added taxes that may be assessed by a local Customs office.


CUSTOMER DATA AND PRIVACY:
Customers enter their personal legal information into the 12Law.com website to create customized legal documents. This information is held by our systems to facilitate the customer's re-editing of their legal documents during subsequent visits to the 12Law.com website. In addition, during the transaction process customer contact information, website activity, and purchase records are collected by our systems. By using the 12Law.com website, customers give 1-2-Law express permission to store this information. 1-2-Law reserves the right to transmit any of these details via email and postal mail to the customer, the customer's financial institution, or the customer's legal representatives. 1-2-Law also reserves the right to send relevant offers from 1-2-Law via email and postal mail to our customers using this contact data.
